The art of gentle touch
Disconnect is a pioneering mini spa dedicated to the art of neck and head therapy.
We specialize in releasing deep-seated tension in the neck, shoulders, and jaw, using techniques like TMJ relief, cranial sacral therapy, and focused muscle care. We also craft personalized blends of therapeutic oils, mixing traditional muscle relief with botanicals like lavender, eucalyptus, CBD and other carefully selected plant-based remedies designed to support relaxation and recovery
In addition for those seeking a deeper relaxation, we integrate a specialized sound and light therapy, using rhythmic pulses of light and sound to guide your brain into deeply relaxed states, helping to balance brainwaves, reduce stress, and enhance your overall sense of calm.
